What is the purpose of this virtual retreat?

As you can tell from the title of it, this is a program for women. Anyone is welcomed to sign up and listen, but the topics are aimed at women's mid-life issues. My friend Cheri Schwartz, created this retreat with the intent of providing health and well-being education, inspiration and support for women. The focus for this event is on menopause and perimenopause concerns.

What topics are covered in this event?

Well, with 40 speakers, there are many topics—so many that I am confident that there will be something to interest pretty much every woman aged 50+. I myself found at least 15 speakers and topics on the list that interested me!

Here's how it will work:

  2. Panelist interviews go live each day at 6 am Central time. They are available for 24 hours only (unless you upgrade to get unlimited access to the recordings).

  3. You will get an email each morning with a link to watch the speaker, as well as links to their free gifts for the audience (things like workbooks, audios, guides, resources, etc).

  4. If you're interested in that topic or speaker, be sure to watch the interview within 24 hours (or upgrade for $37 and watch whenever you want).
